How does the Reconnection program work?

First Consultation (Intro Session – 90 min)
Before your first consultation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of the appointment, a client health questionnaire and a 3-day nutrition and lifestyle diary. Please complete and send me back the forms at least 48 hours earlier to your first appointment. It will optimize our time together to create your health picture and define your main health goals and the health plan.

Follow-up sessions (50 minutes)
At our follow-up consultations (every 4-6 weeks), we are going to check your progress, discuss any results from the tests we have run and refine the personalised health plan we designed together.

If you need a more intensive support to improve your general health and to implement a healthy lifestyle, we can have more frequent sessions (every week, fortnight or every 3 weeks).

It is possible to schedule follow-up consultations via Zoom or Skype if necessary.
